Our 200-hour YTT is 28 days, and the 300-hour advanced YTT is 42 days. Both courses are intensive, residential programs.

While prior yoga experience is beneficial, we welcome students with a minimum of 6 months of regular practice. The most important requirement is your dedication and willingness to learn.

The course fee includes accommodation, vegetarian meals, course materials, yoga mat and props, weekend excursions, and airport pickup/drop-off.

Yes, our courses are Yoga Alliance certified and internationally recognized, allowing you to teach worldwide.

The day typically starts at 6:00 AM with meditation and pranayama, followed by asana practice, philosophy classes, teaching methodology, and anatomy studies. Evening sessions include practice teaching and meditation.

We offer comfortable shared rooms with attached bathrooms, hot water, and Wi-Fi. Single room options are available at an additional cost.

Yes, three nutritious vegetarian meals are provided daily. We can accommodate special dietary requirements if informed in advance.

We recommend bringing comfortable yoga clothes, a notebook, any personal medications, and an open mind. We provide yoga mats and props, but you're welcome to bring your own if preferred.
